Stakeholder consultation on forest management

Crannraí undertakes stakeholder consultation on forest management through a variety of means:

Through the DAFM licensing process, where information on planned forest operations, including afforestation, roading and felling, is publicly available through the Forestry Licence Viewer
Through Site Notices displayed at forest entrances prior to drafting or reviewing forest management plans and prior to forest operations
Through the website prior to drafting or reviewing forest management plans
Through designated email contacts that are displayed at all forest entrances
Crannraí engages with affected stakeholders directly on forest management operations as appropriate
